We also do interior inspections at every renewal period. We will not let tenants stay for another year until we have gone quickly through the home to see if they’re taking care of the property. Our company is tech-based. Our showing system allows tenants to go to a property without an appointment with us. They simply register on Rently.com, submit their driver’s license and contact information, and they can tour vacant homes 24 hours a day and seven days a week. That opens more showing periods. They can see the home outside of our business hours and on Sundays or even Christmas day.

We have also partnered with Filter Ease, which is a company that delivers air filters to tenants. Maintenance is a big expense for owners, and Filter Ease helps keep HVAC systems protected. This is a great service because it means tenants are not forgetting their filters, and your heat and air systems are protected during our cold winters and hot summers.
